In his docu-series “The Color of Compromise,” Jemar Tisby is shedding light on the tough topic of the American church and its relationship with racism.

Tisby, the president of a Black Christian collective called The Witness, explains the importance for exploring the topic in the teaching series that he suggests people use as a resource.

“History and scripture teaches us there can be no reconciliation without repentance, “ Tisby says in episode one of the series. “There can be no repentance without confession. There can be no confession without truth. The color of compromise tells the truth about the American church’s complicity in racism.”

The series is available on Amazon Prime and free for people who have a subscription to the service. For people without Prime, the 12 episode series can be purchased for $11.99 per episode.
